Jingdong Is Innovating Customer Service With Advanced AI Technology

The chatbot that is used by Jingdong is able to address the millions of customer interactions that it deals with every day while still providing good customer service as expected.

The chatbot of Jingdong is even able to detect human emotion in order to respond to them appropriately in real-time. This artificial intelligence program is powered by transfer and deep learning technologies. One example of efficiency for the chatbot took place on their anniversary sale that took place in June of this year. That day, there were upwards of 32 million queries made to their customer service and the robot was able to address about 90% of these issues by itself.

In the health care industry, Jingdong partnered with West China Second University Hospital in order to provide customer service powered by artificial intelligence for patients’ medical care. This artificial intelligence robot is being used to answer many of the most common questions that people have when it comes to their health care. JD Forms Partnership With Prada to Introduce High End Fashion Products to China

 

JD.com and Prada have recently announced that they will form a partnership in the immediate future. The two companies have decided to come together in order to make themselves stand out in the digital marketplace. Prada will use this expansion to get a more stable presence in the Asian markets. The top fashion brand will now look to sell more of its products in China and become more widespread in the region. Jingdong announced the partnership with Prada while hosting an anniversary sales festival in June of 2019.

With the help of JD, Prada will be opening up a new flagship store in China. This will enable it to establish a presence in the country and hopefully make more sales in international markets. When opening up the new flagship store, Prada will begin showcasing its newest collection of products for the upcoming fall and winter seasons. Under the terms of the agreement it has with Jingdong, Prada will being marketing other brands such as Miu Miu and Car Shoe in order to help boost sales for itself and JD.com.

At the beginning of 2019, Prada announced that it was able to significantly grow its sales volume. Prada revealed that it had growth in the double digits during 2018. This proved that it has been able to succeed in the Chinese market in recent years. With a growing sales volume in China, Prada plans on marketing its other affiliate brands beginning in the year 2020. The partnership it has had with JD.com will enable the company to continue using a very effective digital marketing strategy in the near future. By using this digital marketing strategy with the help of Jingdong, Prada will look to continue its expansion into China during the coming years.
